1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Nike777 ("Nike777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Nike777 website at https://nike777.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, instant win games, and promotional programmes.

3. Account Eligibility

2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Nike777 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or replacement accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Nike777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You must notify Nike777's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. Nike777 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected pending investigation.

All registered details — including name, date of birth, and payment method information — must correspond to the same individual. Accounts where discrepancies are identified during KYC review may be suspended until the matter is resolved to Nike777's satisfaction.

5. Deposits & Payments

Nike777 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players:

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Nike777 does not impose deposit processing fees on its end; however, your payment service provider may charge fees independently, for which Nike777 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Nike777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to require full KYC verification before processing any associated withdrawal.

Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, please contact our support team via live chat before attempting a second deposit for the same transaction.

6. Withdrawals & KYC Verification

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit to the same account, or to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder, subject to KYC verification.

Before your first withdrawal request can be processed, and at any subsequent time Nike777 deems necessary, you will be required to complete KYC verification by providing:

• A government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account, bank statement header)
• Any additional documentation Nike777 reasonably requests in order to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations

For verified accounts, Nike777 targets withdrawal processing within 3 to 15 minutes for eWallet methods and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers. These are operational targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be affected by banking system hours, network conditions, or compliance review requirements.

Nike777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on its end. Any charges applied by your payment service provider are outside of Nike777's control.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on Nike777 are provided by licensed international Game Providers and are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing bets.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on Nike777's server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate Nike777 transactions. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt Nike777's systems, software, databases, or infrastructure in any unauthorised manner.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures

• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to maintain credential security
• Any decision by Nike777 to suspend, restrict, or close your account in accordance with these Terms

Nike777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Nike777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Nike777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected money laundering or other criminal activity
• Regulatory or legal requirements applicable to Nike777
• Platform security or integrity concerns

In the event of account closure for cause, Nike777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes in the player's favour, any legitimately earned real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on record.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified real money balance will be disbursed to the account's registered payment method.

14. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Nike777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Nike777 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nike777 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.

Nike777 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts or any Malaysian regulatory authority in respect of disputes arising from the use of this platform. Malaysian players acknowledge this limitation prior to registration.
